Audacious Strategy was founded by Sabahat Naureen (P.Eng, PMP, MBA), who brings a rare combination of hands-on engineering and construction experience with deep expertise in business and digital transformation.
We understand that transformation in energy and engineering isn't about chasing the latest technology. The real challenge is bridging the gap between leadership that wants to "do AI" and the people actually doing the work — and making sure no one spends millions on technology before they've figured out the operating model change that needs to come first.
